Create eForms

Users can create eForms by performing the following steps:

Log on to Agilysys eForms.

Click eForms from the left navigation menu. The eForms page appears.

Click Create. The Create eForm pop-up appears with the following:

Users can create or design eForms using the following ways:

  • Responsive Form

  • PDF Form
